Who must comply
Virginia High-Risk Artificial Intelligence Developer and Deployer Act (Va. Code (proposed)) applies to organizations that meet the following:
- Roles covered: developer, deployer.
- Jurisdictional scope: persons doing business in Virginia or whose AI systems affect consumers in Virginia.
