Who must comply
Florida AI Legislation (Deepfake and AI Disclosure Laws) (Fla. Stat. ch. 2024-126; Fla. Stat. § 836.13) applies to organizations that meet the following:
- Roles covered: developer, deployer.
- Jurisdictional scope: persons doing business in Florida or whose AI systems affect consumers in Florida.

Common exemptions
