Texas TRAIGA Takes Effect September 1, 2025

TRAIGA's substantive obligations took effect September 1, 2025 per Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 49.460. The Office of the Texas Attorney General has signaled an early enforcement focus on disclosure failures and clear cases of intentional discrimination. The 30-day cure period under § 49.451(c) applies to many curable violations.
