Who must comply
Connecticut Artificial Intelligence Act (Conn. Gen. Stat. (proposed)) applies to organizations that meet the following:
- Roles covered: developer, deployer.
- Jurisdictional scope: persons doing business in Connecticut or whose AI systems affect consumers in Connecticut.

Common exemptions
